I usually browse Nero’s website for new developments.  Recently, I was  on a vacation in my sister's house.  When I browse it in her laptop, nero.com seemed to have an error. There is an internet connection. Other sites are working properly. I tried proxy server and it worked.  I’m just curious. What seemed to be the problem that I can't browse it directly?  Is it blocked in any windows default software? What  to do and where to go?Â

This message often shows if there is a problem with Domain Name Server (DNS). The site itself has problem loading you in your computer due to DNS issue. This is caused by either Virus or Malware. Sometimes it is an issue with the firewall and browser settings.
To fix this issue, try these steps:
* In Google Chrome, Click on the wrench icon
* Go to Options and Click on Under the Hood in the left panel
* In the Privacy column, uncheck all the box and put it back
* Clear all your browsing History and Cache files
Try again accessing the website. Type the URL and this should fix the problem.

The generated error is maybe due to the slow connection to your computer or any internet issues.
You should try out these steps:
1) Click start and in search bar type "RUN."
2) Type "cmd" in run.
3) Now, a command box will open, Type "netsh int ip reset c:resetlog.txt" and press the enter key.
Now, you should restart your laptop and see if the site is opening or not.
