I can not find parallels image tool in Windows XP. I think I might have deleted some files. Ideally it should be located in virtual drive right? I want to increase the size of the virtual drive.

You don’t have to increase the location of the virtual drive. Just do the following –

Go to applications -> Utilities-> Disk utility-> and on the right hand side select Cd -> new image and check the format read only. By default the utility disk creator creates images in .iso format but you can change by right clicking on file get info, then name and extension and finally set rename to .iso
