I can’t play videos on Xfinity Streampix Online TV

I was going to play some videos on Xfinity Streampix Online TV, but I keep getting an Error 570 message. I tried clearing my browser cache and cookies, as per the error logs’ instruction, but I can’t seem to make it work. I pasted the error log below:

“This video cannot be played.

We’ve experienced a playback error. (error 570)

Please try deleting your cookies and browser cache and refreshing this page. ”

I can’t play videos on Xfinity Streampix Online TV


Hello Jhon,

This is a common error which is caused to the Xfinity Streampix Online TV users. The company says that it is because of your Silverlight version. It must be very behind from the new version. So I suggest to download the new version of Silverlight, close to 5.0.6118. And also try to install the new flash player version.

This is the most common cases for getting this error. So you update the both software's. And try it again, it will solve your problem.

If you having problems again you just go to this URL and copy the message and paste it in here. So I can verify the error and suggest you a solution. Do this only if the first mentioned solution not get successfully.
