I am not able to copy the mails

Hi TechyV,

I am using Microsoft exchange to view my mails. I have only 100 MB space allocated for my mail box. Hence, I will copy my mails to local desktop to reduce the mail space. Past 2 days, I am not able to copy the mails and receiving the below error. My .pst folder is not available here.

Please fix my issue as I don’t want to lose my mails.

Dear Jim Tynes,

You can not copy mail directly to your desk top.

First you have to make a folder in your local hard disk & name name.pst( whategurever name)

Then configure your mailrbox in order to create a folder in your mailbox as shown in following pictures.

Then select mail,  right click and move to folder that created in your mailbox.
