I Am Having Difficulties Saving a New Glossary Entry

Hi,

I am having difficulties saving a new glossary entry. What could be the problem? When I click “Save” in the Question Bank spot it goes through, which means the errors in message below does not work.

Server not found Firefox can't find the server at the view .php. Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com" 

Any help out there?

I would really appreciate. I do not understand why I can't go back to the Glossary Entry page.

• If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

The Glossary entry you are eager to visit and save it to your system does not exist on the certain page or the page shows the glossary is has only the Thumbelina part but the original part is not there. This message shows that you’re about to visit the site has no specific address or it is not proper.

You can try it in a different way as for your satisfaction; you can change your network proxy and port and try to load this page. If this dose doesn't work, then set your browser settings as default.

My opinion is for you to re-install the browser and connect your internet connect properly.

Hi,

New glossary entries should be displayed when saving after you created it but a problem with the file is trying to open file after creating in the few minutes before check for saved or not and the other problem is the size of glossary entries while doing many entry system busy to process them so when clicking on save button may result unavailable immediately but should be saved.
