Huawei MediaPad Clashing When Playing Games

I just recently acquired my Huawei MediaPad. It was okay at first until one time when I was playing some games, it suddenly crushed. I tried turning it on but nothing happens. A few more try before it actually turned on. This always happen when I’m playing some game and the turning on problem also comes after that. What could I do to fix this?

Hi,

It might be that there are selected games in your MediaPad that doesn’t meet the Google Compatibility Test. This frequently happens when the games do not come from Android Market (or Play Store) and Huawei HiSpace.

You can try sticking to games from these two sources. And also, if your MediaPad crashes, what you can do is to turn it off by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Then turn it on again. Hope it helps.

Huawei MediaPad Clashing When Playing Games

Hello Matthew,

I suspect the Mediapad is crashing because of the games that you have installed on it. Usually games require a lot of memory and therefore if they are overwhelming the Mediapad it will be a possible reason why the device is crashing. To resolve the issue, you will need to do the following:

• First, uninstall all the games that you have installed on the device and see if its performance will improve. You can also use a cleaning tool like CCleaner to clean it and remove any unused files that may be taking up memory space.
• Otherwise the operating system you are using on the device may be the one causing the issues and therefore you might need to reinstall it.
