HP Software update not available

Hi!

I tried updating the latest version of the HP software from the Program menu, but it displayed an error saying that the updating information is currently unavailable. There is nothing displayed in the Image zone plan.

Have you encountered the same problem before?

Care to share your experiences?

HP Software update not available

Hello there

I have had these kinds of problems recently with my HP printer recently. So, we can try step by step to try to find the solution. First, is your printer on?

Sometimes people forget to turn on the printer, like me JDid you connected it properly?

Is it possible that the USB port is not working?

If everything is fine with your side, then perhaps the problem is with HP online support. Sometimes HP site is now working because of some updates or design changes.

So maybe you have just try to update in the wrong time :=)

And finally, did you checked your Internet connection?
