HP LaserJet 3015 Printer Error on Communicating with HP Scanning Software

Hi,

I found an error “Unable to communicate with HP scanning software”, when I tried to hookup HP laser jet 3015 all in one via USB to my PC which is running under Windows XP pro. Does anybody have any ideas? Please share with me.

HP LaserJet 3015 Printer Error on Communicating with HP Scanning Software

Hi,

The error message “Unable to communicate with HP scanning software” will not create any problem to the performance of your HP laser jet 3015. The software needs to be updated as made with the request of updating event. If you connect your PC to the internet this will update itself automatically and such message will not appear any more.

However, this error message is not expected to anyone. If the error message creates any problem to the performance of HP laser jet 3015 all in one then contact the concerned HP authority or take guidance from the website of HP.
