Hi. To install the HP Deskjet 3050 j610 series ink in Windows Vista, first insert the CD into the drive and then wait for the installation to begin. To start it in case it does not begin automatically, lick on the start option and then click on computer. Click on the CD drive twice and then the instructions which appear on the screen need to be followed. Choose the type of connection, click on network and then next. Alternatively, HP website can be used to install the software. Turn the printer on and disconnect the USB from the printer.
Click on HP drivers and downloads, enter the model number of the printer and then click next. Then, click on drivers and ensure that the OS is selected. Then click on next. Click on driver down the page and select the download option and following the instructions which appear on the screen, save the software on the computer. Open the location where the downloaded file has been saved and then click on the file twice to open it and install it by following the instructions appearing on the screen.
