As I am using a older version of CX one, I  need to update this but my software manager for CX one is sowing me the following error.

How can i update my CX one?

The software manager does not recognize this product. Please contact your software vendor for updates to this product. Error 13001 : Product Not Registered with the FLEXnet Connect.

Hi, 

When this happens, in most cases it means that somewhere in the software there is a bug which stops it from updating. What you actually must do is very simple: remove all previous data from this software, including the older and the version that you are currently trying to update. Then download or install the version that you want.
Just make sure that there are no previous data left from the software, and all will rune smooth,
