I have purchased a new Oneplus 6T, and I want to transfer some data from my PC to it. But each time I plug it to the PC, the device only charges and file transfer is not possible. Can anyone provide a solution to it?

How To To Transfer Data From PC To Oneplus 6T

The solution is easy. You have to change the configurations by following the steps listed below to fix the problem.

1. First, go to Settings. Click on System and open Developer Options and enable USB debugging. If you cannot find the developer options, go to Settings and click on About Phone. Then tap multiple times on Build Number till you get the Developer option’s settings.

2. Now in the Developer Options menu find Default USB configuration. Select File Transfer. Now your phone will be able to connect to the PC.
