Hello, below shows the steps for my hp printer won’t scan is as follows:
• First check the printer is turned on or off ,if off turn it on
• Next unplug all the wires connected to the printer, wait for some seconds and reconnect them and turn on the device.
• Next pug in the usb cable after sometime when its prompted only.
• Now go to start > my computer > device manager > imaging device
• Now select all-in-one and click on remove button
• Now try for the scan and it will work too
