Hello, I have purchased new Microsoft surface accessories, but I faced some issues during using of Microsoft surface pen. Please help me how to solve my problem such as Microsoft surface pen button is not working. Please reply to me ASAP. Thanks.

How to solve issues in Microsoft Surface Accessories.

Hi, let me know you. It’s a prevalent problem seen in  Microsoft surface accessories after receiving frequent updates. I will solve your problem, first go to system settings, and you can see that surface pen listed as mouse, keyboard, and pen. Then,  download intel Bluetooth driver and Microsoft surface diagnostic toolkit and install then,  click on the run check the latest driver and download them.

Again go to system settings and press on mouse option then remove them after that add the device, pairing the surface pen and connected successfully.

Finally, the surface pen button problem is solved now.
