Hi, let me know you. It’s a prevalent problem seen in Microsoft surface accessories after receiving frequent updates. I will solve your problem, first go to system settings, and you can see that surface pen listed as mouse, keyboard, and pen. Then, download intel Bluetooth driver and Microsoft surface diagnostic toolkit and install then, click on the run check the latest driver and download them.
Again go to system settings and press on mouse option then remove them after that add the device, pairing the surface pen and connected successfully.
Finally, the surface pen button problem is solved now.
