How To Resolve The 0x800ccc0e Error?

Hello. The 0x800ccc0e error occurs because of the misconfiguration of the SMTP servers; the error pops when the user tries to send an email to anyone. Follow the below-mentioned procedures to solve the error in no time.

Method:

Check server requirements.

• Open Outlook.
• Go to File, then click on Tools, then go to account settings.
• Click on the Email tab.

• Select your email account.
• In the next window, click on more settings.

• In the next window, go to the outgoing server tab.
• Check “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” option.
• Click on ok.
• Restart outlook.
