This error code means that the problem is with some setting on your phone. There is some setting that is enabled on your device that is preventing the application from connecting to the Netflix service. Now, to solve this error, what you need to do is open your setting and go to the developer options. After doing this, uncheck the “do not keep activities” tab. You will find this under the “apps” category. Once you do this, relaunch your Netflix application and it should work just fine.
