I have a Windows 7 PC, a 64-bit machine. I am getting an error whenever I play Black Ops. I have all the links required for downloading DX11, but should we have to reinstall Windows if we want to reinstall DX11? Someone provide me with instructions on how to repair or reinstall DX11.
