I like playing games on my computer and one of the games I have which I’m playing for several months now is “Cabal Online”. But sometimes I have this problem when starting the game client. The game is quite big and installing it is a big headache because the updating takes almost an hour to complete the first time you run it.

The game client is about 1.86 GB and after the completion of the update, it will grow or the installation will grow to about 7.89 GB. I don’t want to reinstall because it consumes most of my month’s bandwidth. How do you fix “Game Data Files are abnormal. Please re-install.”?

How To Fix “Game Data Files Are Abnormal” In Cabal Online

This problem can be encountered when playing “Cabal Online” on Windows 10. It can also be encountered on earlier operating systems like Windows 7 and Windows XP. The problem is caused by the latest version of XIGNCODE, version 71702. It is not fully compatible with Windows 10 with the April update installed and Windows Defender. To fix the problem, try rolling back XIGNCODE to version 71150.

To do this, start Windows Explorer then navigate to “C:\Program Files (x86)\CABAL Online (NA – Global)\XIGNCODE”. Next, select all files in this folder and delete them. After this, go to “C:\Program Files (x86)\CABAL Online (NA – Global)\XIGNCODETEST”. Here, select all files then copy and paste them to “XIGNCODE” folder. Start Cabal Online then see if it works.
