Method 1

a. Press Windows key + R.
b. Type appwiz.cpl and press enter.

c. From the list of applications, click on Office 365.
d. On the top, click on change.

e. Click on Repair.

f. Click on Continue.
g. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
h. Try to activate Office 365 now.
