To add the mailbox, steps are given below:

  • Open Outlook 2007.
  • Click on tools in the toolbar.
  • Select on Account Settings.
  • Choose the E-mail tab.
  • Click on Change button, after highlighting your mailbox.
  • Select more settings.
  • Select advance settings.
  • Click on add.
  • Type the E-mail Address in add mailbox.
  • Click on Apply, and then OK.
  • Click Next, Finish and then close.
