How to sync playlists between multiple devices

I have a Windows PC and one iPhone. I subscribed for iTunes a short time back. I have two different lists in both the devices and would like to sync the two lists. Is it possible to do that? If so, how can it be achieved?

Hello,

To sync multiple playlists from multiple device is very easy. All you have to do is turn the auto sync on. Please follow the steps below to turn on your auto sync:_

1. At first open your iTunes.

2. Go to Edit and then preferences.

3. Go to the tab named devices.

4. Just uncheck the box wear it says " Prevent idevices from auto syncing".
