How to switch account using Apple Cloud?

I tried using Apple cloud application to integrate data from a Microsoft email client and my Apple devices by making a test account and prompted the transfer using this test account.

When I saw that this works fine, I did the same process but this time, I used my real account; however, I saw that the program would not switch accounts anymore.

Is there a function in the program that I can use to administer the switch?
