Data required in table in MS Word

Hello TechyV users,

I am here to ask a question about ms word. I have a soft copy of my Bank statement which is in excel format. But I want the data in word and in a tabulated form. If I use excel in word then it is ok but if I do not want to use the excel then how I can get the data in tabulated form? Please help.

Hi there Donald T Mercurio,
The easiest way to place your XLS tables into word document is by opening them in Excel and copy them to Word. So, fairly open the XLS file in the Excel and select all the fields you'd like to transfer to the Word document. Then open MS Word, a new document and under the File menu choose Paste special and select the option Formatted Text.
