Hi experts,

Can anyone suggest how to speed up my internet connection? I am using windows 7 OS and a network adapter.

Hi Mr. Saun,

Please follow the below steps in order to increase network performance of your network adapter.
1. Go to the start button.
2. Type in the search bar cmd and hit enter.
3. The command prompt will be displayed. Type ipconfig /all and hit enter.
4. Now scroll up your screen and see your DNS server address (two numbers address are there). One is DNS server address and the second is the alternate DNS server address.
5. Take a note of your both the DNS server addresses.
6. Now right click on the Network icon on your desktop computer.
7. Go to the properties of it and click on it.
8. Click on change adapter settings.
9. Right click on connected adapter icon.
10. Go to the Networking tab and click on it.
11. Click on Internet Protocol version 4(TCP/IPv4) option.
12. Click on properties.
13. Select use the following DNS server addresses.
14. Now enter Preferred DNS server address and Alternate DNS server address,which you have already noted down.
15. OK
