Hello,

System error 0x00000a indicates that the Windows you are used on your Hard Disk is damaged or corrupted.

However don't hurry to re-setup your Windows.

Here is the error:

How to solve Windows BSOD error 0x00000a

Hello Carol,

This Stop error that you are getting most of the times occurs during installation when there was an attempt in kernel mode to touch pageable memory at too high a process internal request level. Usually the error is as a result of a driver using an incorrect memory address. Another possible cause for such an error could be incompatible device drivers, a general hardware problem, or just software that is not compatible.

To resolve this problem, you will need to first of all try using the Windows Error Reporting tool that is usually displayed when any error occurs. What the reporting tool does is sending an error report to Microsoft where it reports a workaround back to your problem right away. In the event that a fix is not found you will need to try using the Advanced Troubleshooting section.
