Windows 8 dll error message

Hi experts

At the time when windows 8 RP arises from hibernation, I find three error messages on top of each other and all are same error message.

EAccess violation for SHCORE.dll. I searched in Google but got no answer.

Please help me to solve it. Thanks in advance.

Hello Evelyndnell,

You are getting that error because your computer has been infected with adware or malware. The .exe is a parasite that you will need to make sure that it is removed from your computer. The following is what you will do:

• Run your antivirus to perform a full scan of your computer so that any adware, malware and viruses on your computer will be found and removed. You need to make sure that your antivirus has been updated.
• Use windows defender to perform a full scan of your computer to eliminate the viruses and malware just in case the antivirus does not find them.

You can also perform an uninstallation of the windows application you are using and do a clean installation just in case the antivirus and windows defender fail to find the malware.
