How to solve software detection error in printer? I cannot make some printing for some reason I don’t know. A problem occurs in my windows xp operating system in my pc. I hope you can find some ways to explain to me the main cause of this issue.

Today, most of new printers are not supporting for windows XP or it is really hard to find windows XP related software drivers for printers.
Consequently the best way is to download software drivers’ manually through internet and then install it.
There are several things to be considered before you are going to download driver software for printers.
1.  Find your printer name and printer code correctly and search it on the official website of your printer manufacturer.
2.   Then select your operating system and download the latest software drivers which are related to your printer and your OS.
3.  Then install it manually and restart your computer. Also make sure you already plug your printer into the correct port of your computer.
This method solves most of the software detecting problems for printers.

The error you are experiencing is that the printer is not detected by your machine. Reason also is that your printer driver is not installed properly. The printer also hangs, especially when your printer don’t have an internal memory that it used in printing document. Here are some of the easiest way  to solve your problem:
1. Reinstall the drivers and software of your printer.
2. Restart your machine.
3. Restart your printer.
