I am getting the insufficient system resources exist to complete the API message and the system is being restarted automatically. It doesn’t stop once I boot it automatically keeps rebooting.

To solve this error, follow the steps.

Step 1: Disconnect all the devices connected to CPU except mouse, keyboard and monitor.

Step 2: Boot the system into safe mode of Windows.

Step 3: If you are able to boot into safe mode free up c: drive and then boot normally. All the problems will be solved.
