I think I accidentally installed the plugin Octoshape 32 bits in my Mozilla Firefox browser. It now keeps asking if I want to update the said plug in. How do I delete or uninstall the Octoshape plug in? I'm on Windows XP 64 bit.
How so I remove the Plugin Octoshape 32 bits?
Hello Dudley Achan,
You need to do two simple steps to remove Octoshape 32 bits in your Firefox Browser.
Step 1. Go to Control Panel-> Programs -> Add or Remove Programs then choose Octoshape Streaming Service and choose Change/Remove Option to uninstall the service.
Step 2. If Octoshape Streaming Services modified the web browser default setting then you have to reset your browser to its previous default settings.
To Reset default settings of your browser, choose "Firefox->Help-> Troubleshooting Information" then click on "Reset Firefox" in the top right position of your window.
Hope this would help you.
