How to setup Outlook 2010 to view appointments from two different calendars?

I am using Outlook 2010 and I have setup a calendar that shows the day-to-day appointments. How can I setup the calendar to view appointments from two different calendars? Is that possible?

Hi Chariza,

Yes it is possible to view the appointment from two different calendars. You just need to go to Outlook and click on Calendars. Click on Open a Shared Calendar. It will ask you to type the name of the calendar you are trying to access. You just click on ok. You should be able to see the calendar of the person you just opened. You can do the same thing for the other calendar you wanted to view. You just need to make sure that the calendars of the person you are trying to access and check are available to be viewed and not private.
