1st. You need to do well about CS5.

"Hi, Christine Yong
I have read the post that you’re having trouble with. I would like to give you information on how to change image into contour. I hope this would help.
For you to be able to change photo into contour just follow these steps:
1.        Go to your photoshop.
2.        Select “Mode” under the “Image” menu. Then select “Grayscale”. This would make photo monochromatic.
3.        Open and select the photo you are changing into contour, this image will become monochromatic in color as you open it.
4.        Go to the “Filter” menu. Select “Stylize” then click on “Trace Contour.” This is an effect which will give the image an interesting results.
5.        Select an edge option to refine the edge and improve the quality of the image.
6.        Move the threshold slider until you get the desired threshold value.
7.        Click OK when you’re done. You now changed the photo into contour.
