How to remove Balloon tips from auto hide notes software windows?

My auto hide notes software windows works fine as long as there are no balloon tips. How can I shut down balloon tips altogether so that they don’t bother me. I am using Windows 7  on my laptop.

How to remove Balloon tips from auto hide notes software windows?

Hi,

A balloon tip is an element to flavor up your Java Swing applications. But many of us don't actually fond of the balloon tips that distracting us in the system tray. Fortunately, we can disable them. Here's how:

• On the Start Menu, Open the Control Panel window
• On the System and Security options click Review your computer's status
• On the left side find and click Change Action Center Settings
• On the Security and Maintenance messages uncheck all boxes to disable the balloon tips related to the topic
