How to perform whois in excel

Dear User,

To perform this function, Open a new Excel workbook. Download and add SEO Tools to your workbook. Then Create a header row with all TLDs and column with all domain name ideas For each cell use a formula for instance =IsDomainRegistered($A$2&B1). Try and Add some color coding, and you're that is the whole process.

You can also Have a look at IsDomainRegisteredExample.xls from this link Is Domain Registered Example

The Whois function retrieves Whois information for a given domain name.

The Whois servers used can be configured in SEO Tools. config.xml that is located in the directory where you unzipped SEO Tools. Is Domains Registered performs a Whois lookup and looks for certain keywords that indicates that a domain is available. If you get false positives for TLDs that I haven’t tested you need to modify the WhoIsNotFoundRegex attribute.

Hope this will be helpful
