If you are willing to send a picture via Trillian, then you will have to ensure that the device you are sending to is capable of receiving such images. You can send images in two ways. You can either capture a screenshot or you can directly send an image. The other device should also use Trillian.

The methods of sending images are given below:

To send a captured screenshot:
Â
1. In your chat window click on "Insert".
Â
2. Select "Screen Capture" from the pop-up menu.
Â
3. Drag a box up to the portion you want to be sent.
4. Your captured screenshot will appear in the chat box. You can now just send the image or continue with your typing.

To send an image:
Â
You can simply send an image from your folder by following the steps:
Â
1. Click on the image you want to copy in the folder. Then press Ctrl+C.
Â
2. Press Ctrl+V in the chat box to paste it there.

Just simply click the image and press Ctrl+C. Or right click save image as. Automatically you can copy images now.

As of Trillian v5.0, you can simply copy-paste an image into the chat window, and it'll send the link to the other person. Currently this doesn't work with our OTR plugin.
