Troubled in downloading PDF file set in screen color reader RGB.

Hello,

 

I downloaded a PDF file from a website through my android phone and it set in screen color reader RGB

but when I open the file it shows as CMYK PDF and the file I download cannot be open. How to resolve this kind of problem?

Hi Sean,

If this issue happens to all PDF documents then another possible cause is the pdf cached memory. It’s been observed that when cached memory is full it forces the pdf software to crash. Try to empty the cached memory: (steps below)

1. Settings
2. Applications
3. Adobe Reader
4. Clear Cache

If this won’t work then you may try to uninstall and reinstall the software. If after reinstalling you’re still stuck with the same issue then you might consider using other pdf readers. Play store have varieties of these and mostly free. Hope this helps!

Hi Sean,

Try to restart your android phone. If it still can’t read PDF files, you should download an application that can read PDF files on your android phone in play store. In case you don’t want to pay, you can check apkmania.com if there is an application that can read PDF files and all of the applications listed on that website are free.

If after installing PDF reader it still does not work, you can try to set the default PDF viewer to be your browser such as opera mini instead of the PDF viewer. This can work because the PDF viewer will act as a plugin to your browser.

Try to download and install this "OfficeSuite Pro 7 (PDF & HD)" in your Android phone. It is an application in Android phone that reads Microsoft Word , QExcel, PowerPoint and PDF file. Just skip the ads for you to download the file. After you're done with installing the application, restart your phone and try to run again the PDT file that you download.
