I want to open AWD file in Windows Vista OS. Please recommend the best way to do this. I am a new Windows Vista because somebody gave it to me as a present. I am trying to help my daughter with her homework but their teacher sent them an AWD file.

If you have Microsoft Windows 7, it includes Microsoft Picture and Fax Viewer that you can use to open AWD files. Here’s how to enable it on Windows 7. Click “Start”, “Control Panel”, “Programs and Features” then select “Turn Windows features on or off” on the left pane. Wait while the window is loading. In “Windows Features”, scroll down and expand “Print and Document Services”.
