I have been working with some chat application for a company but they need an extra feature to monitor their junior conversation without knowing to them only a senior people can do that I had a lots of confusion about this how to not be detected on messenger without making status invisible ?

Instant messenger chat or web chat on your local network will automatically and secretly monitor and record.

How to not be detected on messenger without making status invisible ?

 

Sorry, Its not possible. When you are not chatting it will show you are offline, and when you are active, it will show you are active.
