How to install mp4 digital player Windows XP driver?

I am having problem with my mp4 digital player. I need a driver to install. My computer is running on windows XP. Are the mp4 digital player windows XP driver located on my computer? How to install it or from where I can get it?

How to install mp4 digital player Windows XP driver?

There are two solutions to this problem. First, if you have an installation CD with your MP4 player then help yourself to install and run in the tone detection MP4 player. Otherwise, when your mp4 player is connected to the computer and go to: Control Panel> System> Hardware> Device Manager, if you have a yellow icon in front of a line and it corresponds to your MP4 player, then right-click it and choose the option to update and allows Windows to connect to the internet it seeks to install a driver for your MP4 player.
