How I can find my document with computerized system?

Hi,

I have an important document but do not remember in what file it has, my computer has huge file and every file has huge document, have any computerized system so that I can find my document easily with applying that.

Please suggest me.

How I can find my document with computerized system?

You can always use the Search Tool for locating documents on your computer. Click the Start button and choose the Search option. The Search window will appear and you can choose to modify the criteria in finding your documents. If you are not sure of the file choose All Files and Folders. In the Look in part, choose the drives where the computer will start searching. You can also include the date when the document was last modified, the size of the document, or choose the Advance Options for a more precise search. All you have to do is wait for the search engine to finish.

How I can find my document with computerized system?

You have to make sure to show all of the hidden files on your computer and remove the check on hide protected operating system files by accessing it using Folder Options. This is a must to make sure that everything is shown even the virus hidden files because your problem might be virus related. Then do the advanced search on your computer. Choose All Files and Folders and if you can't find it there try searching your other removable drives as well.

If the file is not to be seen anymore then try using Recovery Tools you might be able to find it using this method.
