How to Fix Outlook Rules Issues

Hello techyv Experts,

I need to fix outlook rules problems. I am using Outlook 2007. I have just migrated from Exchange 2007 to 2010. I am facing some problems with rules after upgrading. So I have to fix outlook rules issues. The problem is that some rules that works before is not working. But some rules are working fine like they were before. Can you help me to fix this outlook rules issue?

How to Fix Outlook Rules Issues

Hi Mas_009, No need to delete the existing mailbox. Try to logon to your webmail (this is the outlook web access). Delete existing rules found on webmail. Disable junk email filtering. Save your changes. Close webmail and client mail. Restart computer. Open outlook. Recreate rules. Re-enable junk email filtering if required. This should work.
