Hi All,
I wonder how to fix my printer settings because after I ungraded my Windows XP to Windows 7 and use the same driver for the printer, the option printing into manual duplex is not working properly anymore. It prints 7,5,3,1 or 8,6,4,2 instead of the other way around.
The other option does perfectly. I even tried to set it on MS Word but still no luck. Help me please!
Thank you !
How to fix my printer setting
Hello there!
You might need to uninstall your printer and reinstall it on your new windows. Also, check if the hardware is set up properly. Then, use a printer troubleshooter to automatically fix the problem. And lastly, update your drivers. It is very possible that the current printer driver that you have is for the previous version of Windows in your computer.
Since you recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7, you have to look for a new driver that is compatible with windows 7. Download and install the latest driver by using Windows Update or by installing the software from the disc that came up with your printer.
Hope this helps! Good luck!

How to fix my printer setting
Hello,
Go to the start menu, connect the icon to your left in your desktop screen and then go to the control panel and chose the devices & printers logo. Correctly link the icon on your printer setup by selecting the printing inclinations and then paper. Under printing click the suitable page and then update your printer software.
Go to the start button ; click the control panel and select the windows Update. Select the option to automatically update your printer software. To check if it is done, simply click the left side of your desktop and the check update option and install the latest update on your computer.
