Your problem happens when a previously installed HP product was uninstalled incorrectly or did not complete. If this case happens some files were left at the HP destination folder. These files will cause the new HP product installation to have problems with installation as the files that were left were not replaced by the new ones as the installation program cannot identify these.

These files are: 

1.) HPZipm12.dll

2.) HPZinw12.dll

both files can be found on C:WindowsSystem32

Here's what you have to do:

1. You have to make sure those files are not currently installed on your system.

2. You have to go the Directory and delete/rename those files. (Go to My Computer ->  Double click the Local Disk (C:) -> Double click System32 folder and search for the files)

3. Once renamed/deleted, run the installation again.
