CAUSES:
1) The website you are using is not trustable.
2) The certificate has expired.
3) The date of PC has expired.
HOW TO FIX CERTIFICATE ERROR?
i. Correct your computer’s time and date.
ii. Open Internet Explorer.
iii. Go to Tools menu and select Internet options.
iv. From the window appearing click on advanced tab.
v. Go to security tab and uncheck – ‘check for publishers revocation’ and ‘check for server certificate revocation’.
vi. Click on ‘apply’ and then OK.
vii. Again open the web browser.
