How to find version of any installed browser like Chrome, Firefox.
Always try to use the latest version of any browser. Latest browser not only means that you have the greatest looking browser it is also mean you have the most secure access so if you want to access internet safely use always the latest version of browser. Now go to the next step, to know the version of Internet explorer, open the browser and click help and then click on the about internet explorer, you can do same as any browser to find the version and other info just go to help and click on the about “browser name”. that’s it.

To get the version of your browser, here's what you do:
For Firefox, on the Menu Bar, click on Help then click on About Firefox. This should give you the version number installed in your computer. This should be true also if you're using Internet Explorer. If you're using Google Chrome, select the wrench icon and choose About Google Chrome and you should be able to find the version number from there.
There should be a check for updates option for each of these browsers. See to it you are using the latest version for better browsing and security.
