How and from where to download scanner and cameras hardware in my personal computer. My computer software doesn't have Scanner and camera hardware.
Experts & SW please let me know.

I have read your concern regarding scanner and camera problems. As you were saying, you wanted to download a hardware towards your personal computer because your software’s don’t have any. Fred, I believe that your point might be disorganized because you can never download a hardware anywhere but you can always have a software without hardware.
The missing point here is that, the thing that needs to be downloaded is the software. I think what you have now is the hardware and you need to download a software to enable it.
By the way, camera and scanner software’s can be downloaded on many different websites for free. Just search it using a search engine and type the hardware’s name including its brand and version.

I think what you are saying is you want to download the applications or software for your scanner and web camera but you just don’t know where to get it. For your scanner, you should have the setup CD when you first bought it. A setup CD is always included when you buy a computer scanner because it will not work without the software.
Unless the computer scanner you purchased is supported by Windows or Windows has a driver for it then there should be no problem. You can just connect the computer scanner to your computer then let Windows detect it and install the driver for it. But in case the computer scanner is slightly old and you no longer have its CD then you can try downloading the installer from its manufacturer’s website.
