Sorry to say but there is no option of software available that will allow you to boost your audio output.
However you can purchase a USB sound card (a computer hardware) with a good review. And a good multimedia speakers.
The sound card that i would recommend is Creative X-Fi and the multimedia speakers you can choose according to your budget. Prefer a model from altec lancing as they are renowned for producing quality Speakers and headphones.
