How to Download Apps in iPad without Wi-Fi

Is there a free application that can help me to download games for my children on my iPad since there is no wireless connection at home? How can I get free apps on iPad without having to use Wi-Fi? Thanks.

As far as i m heard new version of  ipad has two ways of connecting to internet.Wi-Fi and the other is 3G according to your ipad .Its very easy if you have a free Wi-Fi connection available,for example in many malls and restaurants they have free Wi-Fi.If you are not getting a Wi-Fi ,then try for 3G services but they are not free.You may to give charges for mobile service providers/carriers like AT&T or Verizon for that.Anyways try to get connected and download games for your kids as they wish. Nowadays internet is not much costly and if you have a connection just connect a router with WiFi service.
