How do I remove the remaining entries of Adobe After Effects?

I have errors involving Adobe After Effects CS3 installation. I had this software working for about weeks in my PC and there came a time that when I opened it, it asked me to contact my IT provider, or sort of like that. And now here's my problem: I tried uninstalling the software hoping to remove the errors and I  was planning to reinstall it but even in the uninstalling process, it displayed the same message.

I can't seem to uninstall it so I tried using Adobe cleaners, but still didn't work. Finally, I manually deleted the AE folder from the Program Files and tried removing all of its shared components. I know I have to remove its registry entries so I need help in doing such. But you may know more about this, I'd like to have your opinions and suggestions for my problems. Thanks!

Method 1

Log on to your PC using Administrator account. Then try to install Adobe After Effects CS3 installation again.Pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL two times and there you will be able to change user name as Administrator, you can change it this way only if you using XP normal LOG.

Method 2

It will be difficult to you to remove after effect plug-in manually. Some how if you do so you can’t give a guarantee that you have remove all the pug-in and invalid registries. So as I have mentioned above it’s rather difficult to remove all these things. As a solution for this there is software which will do that for you. Using the software from this site you can get the software and remove the plug-in and invalid registries.

After you remove pug-in and invalid registries you can uninstall the Adobe After Effects CS3.
