If you are using Google Chrome,Â
You need to click this browser’s menu button on the browser toolbar.
Then, you need to go to Tools and in the second popup window, go to extensions.

 Beside each extension, will see a trash icon. You have to click the trash can icon  by the extension’s side you want to completely remove from your browser.

There, in the Add-ons Manager, select the Extensions or Appearance panel. This will depend about the extension. If it is an extension, you need to go to the Extensions. If it is a theme, then you have to go to Appearance panel.
On the next step, you have to select the add-on you want to uninstall.

Select Add remove programs
Find the desired tool bar you need to uninstall and click it
