How do I remove mini toolbar recovery software in Word?

Hi guys,

I use Microsoft Word 2007 for my word processing needs. The only annoying thing that I encounter with it is the mini toolbar. How do I remove or disable the Word mini toolbar recovery software? I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.

Hi Dorindagmincey,

Based on what I know, I am not sure that you can remove it, but follow those steps to deselect it. Select Office button In options, Click on Popular (located in the left column), Deselect Show Mini Toolbar on selection You might need to restart Word 2007

It should work.
