Hi there. How do I create a virtual multi folder directory in IIS? I use Microsoft Internet Information Services Version 5.1 on Microsoft Windows Server 2008. Can someone teach me step by step? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

the IIS compatible with Windows Server 2007 is IIS 7.0 you need to upgrade your version
Then you should open IIS Manager
Start menu -> All programs -> Accessories -> Run
Type "inetmgr" -> ok
Expand the computer or the site you want to add in the virtual directory
click right on the site at the folder where you want to create the virtual directory -> new -> Virtual directory
in the wizard -> next
type the name of the new virtual directory you want to create -> next.
in the path box, browse the directory ( physical one) where the virtual directory is created then "next"
Select the permissions you want to give to users
Click "Next"-> " Finish"
